Possibly the best spaghetti sauce ever:

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- four slices of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of pesto rosso
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- 2-3 tablespoons of cream
- dried basil
- 50 grammes of grated Parmesan cheese
(This is a portion for one person.)
Fry garlic in oil, add tomato puree, pesto rosso, cream and basil; stir; then add cheese while stirring.
