Wikipedia should not be your sole source for a diagnosis, especially where health is concerned, as it may be exaggerated or wrong in the Wiki. Check WebMd.com or the Mayo Clinic, then with a doctor. If you are experiencing pain of that sort, you really should see a medical professional sooner rather than later. ((hugs))
Seconding that. According to Wikipedia (well, and other places, but I'm a hypochondriac), I could have all sorts of wonderful diseases, including Lupus.
(I'm convinced that I'm misdiagnosed for something but doctors say no).
Also Hmpf, I think you're just having regular panic attacks. Yes, it may feel like you're dying, but that's part of what makes them so bloody awful. (I've never had them that badly, but I don't want to from what I've heard about them).
I'm not really into self-diagnosis. I just like to know about things like this because I figure sometimes it's good to have an idea of what *might* be wrong with you when you go and see a doctor.

Don't worry-
