(New city, new internship, new flat with whole bunch of frighteningly young new people - between ten and sixteen years younger than me.)

Sorry I'm so late. Sorry I'm still not e-mailing nor reading LJ. I underestimated how overwhelmed I'd be by the new internship and all. I only managed to make myself install my mail program a couple of days ago, and only today began sorting through the accumulated several thousand mails in the various inboxes. On the plus side, the frighteningly young people scare me so much I'll probably hide in my room a lot (at least as long as I'm fortunate enough to have a room of my own; that may change), which means I may actually find the time to read LJ for real, sometime soon. (Sightseeing is pretty much out because the weather here's been crap since I arrived.)
