Normal has been nominated for a Rerun Award in the A Day in the Life category for fic true to canon. The Awards seem to focus mostly on BtVS, Justice League and Sentinel, so I guess I have about a snowball's chance in hell of winning - but hey, my first nomination!
(And yes, I do know that fanfic awards mean very, very little. Still, it's nice to be nominated for one. *g*)
ETA: Ooops, totally forgot that Zusammen (English: Together) was nominated for a Paradiesapfel in, uh, 2004, I think. Somehow I always tend to forget that story, and that nomination. There's just something so unreal about it: I write *one* story in a fandom I'm not all that interested in (Harry Potter), in a genre I don't usually write (slash), and the fandom *embraces* it! That was so strange - especially since it was the first time in my writing career I got that kind of reaction. I'd written more or less into a void before that, in terms of feedback/recs/nominations. So, when that success came, my brain just said 'does not compute', and then I must have repressed the memory or something. ;-)
ETA 2: And, because this kind of fits here: as it happens, I gave a quick outline of my entire fanfic writing 'career' so far in a discussion in
