... I actually start catching up with my LJ backlog, which by now encompasses 63 LJs, 8 communities, and about six months of entries.

So, if you suddenly start getting replies to really, really, really old entries, you know why.

I think I don't need to explain that the actual catching up will probably take a while, as I have other stuff to do besides reading thousands of LJ entries. I'll take it one LJ at a time, I think...

BTW, welcome to my friends list, aislingde and magnifica7. And hi also to _happyme_ who friended me. Haven't friended you back yet, but will certainly check out your LJ... and your vids. ;-) Friending back is definitely an option, I just don't do it that easily.

I wonder how you're getting on...

So I actually saw this Farscape thing for the first time ever this month (I don't really watch much TV). It had some very odd business that I think was a parody of Apocalypse Now going on, looked good but I guess I needed to know the story. I'd watch it again though (which, from me, is a compliment)

Archaeology's going well, in the field next week which will be nice. London's stupidly cold. Have a potentially exciting development, but I won't jinx it by talking about it, I'll just leave it hanging temptingly instead...
