I'm moving out today, will stay with

beebee852001 until Friday, then go to Bath to stay with Scapekid there until Sunday, then go to Cardiff with Scapekid, then go back to Germany on Thursday next week.

The last two weeks have been busy, and filled with goodbyes. Some of them all too permanent - my grandma's death and funeral deserve a post of their own here, sometime; others slightly less permanent (I am sure I will see

tiniago and

elliejane again sometime in the not-too-distant future); some turned out to be premature (

ommadon I unexpectedly saw again yesterday after we had said goodbye on Friday); some are still impending (

beebee852001, obviously, and Scapekid). Of course, I will make an effort to stay in touch with everyone on line - here on LJ and perhaps by e-mail. My (former) flatmates have just opened a mailing list for the five of us, so I hope I'll be able to stay in touch with them, as well (I'm pretty bad with individually e-mailing people; slightly better with mailing lists.)

I've started my return to Livejournal Land by sort of skimming through some of my flist (but I'm still literally thousands of posts behind), but of course in the next week it's going to be a bit difficult for me to stay/get in touch. Fannish projects while I'm gone: finish my long overdue Lyric Wheel story (if I can find my inspiration again - I sort of lost it in the whole moving hassle) and beta read at least four Farscape season four translations produced by the cool folks at http://www.sf-community.de...
