At first I thought that your lamentations about "Joely" had something to do with "Friends." One of the characters is named Joel, right? Joey? Joseph of Arimethea? No? I'm one of the 8 people who've never seen that show, see.

I've never in my life seen an episode of Friends, either.

In fact, I don't have TV. I watch Farscape and a select few other things on DVD, CD, video.

Hmm... and as for your books... one of these days I really have to read one... :-)
