I just mounted my new bench vise on my workbench...

and I did it so badly, arrgh. It's not straight at all. :-(

It'll do its job, which is why I'll leave it as it is (especially as I'm not sure I could do it better the second time around), but it looks terrible.

If it makes you feel any better, my desk has a slant. It's not too noticeable, but *I* know it's there, and it bugs me. But I can't be bothered to fix it (I actually got off my arse, and made it so I can sit at my desk (and use it, obviously), and it is FABULOUS. Cramped, but fabulous).
