Ich habe SEHR gute Erfahrungen damit gemacht, selbst eine Anzeige zu schalten. In manchen Städten ist das wohl so üblich - ich hatte damit sehr schöne Wohnungen zur Auswahl. Wichtig ist nur, den Beruf anzugeben (zeigt, dass man seriös ist ), Alter muss nicht sein.
Nur als Krankenpfleger sollte man das nicht tun, nein-nein.
