Firefox usually gives me a warning if it thinks a webpage is infected. And it seemed to be OK with that page.
This looks really really interesting (and I did download it, back when I was downloading Knytt levels, but I think I am not good enough at playing to get very far (and I'll have to start all over again because I really cannot remember when I played it last)).
Seriously, I'm surprised. I kind of suck at playing platformers (though I've been getting better recently), so I built a level that even I could beat without the least bit of trouble. No enemies at all, just some water holes you can fall into... no trick jumps, either.
I'd suggest trying the level "The Machine" that comes with the KS stories originally. Nifflas is a genius level designer, and that level basically teaches you everything you need to play KS, without ever becoming very difficult. Though, on the other hand, Falling Water should be even easier than The Machine, though certainly not as well-designed a challenge (FW only has minor challenge elements, after all, and most of it is just about walking around in nice surroundings).
I am tempted to think KS hates me ;) I'll have to have another look at it (I know I've said this at least twice in the last week, but I mean it).
I think I remember playing The Machine...Although I got put off one of the levels that comes with it because I think I messed it up and got stuck (unless there's some way to put down effects you've already got? If that makes sense?)
TL;DR version: you probably did build an easy level and I just suck at platformers in general, heh.
Your level recommendations posts have been very helpful to me in finding levels suited to my play-style (we seem to have similar taste) and I'd really like to try the levels you made yourself... but your website seems to be down.
--Having just now re-checked with the intention of copying the (German? Ik begrijp geen Duits maar een beetje Nederlands) text of the error messages, I see that the index page is now up, though nothing else seems to be.
Of course, now I'm even more interested in seeing the site go back up, as we apparently share interests beyond Knytt Stories levels: Methos (the best part of HtS hands down), Farscape (one of my favourite SF series of all time), Life on Mars (another example of the BBC making more and better SF shows even as Hollywood makes fewer and poorer), DS9 (far and away my favourite Trek series), of course fanfiction (this is my fanfic LJ account, actually) and -- do you make jewellery, too? Mmm, shiny things.
I looked for your levels at the archive ( http://knyttlevels.com/ ) but they don't seem to have been uploaded there? Sure, there's plenty of other levels available, but the way you described yours has piqued my interest.
Okay, you officially scare me. Possibly in a good way, though. I just checked your LJ main page and two of the first words I saw there were "Delany" and "Shikasta". Add that on top of everything you've listed here, and I just may have to marry you. (What's your stance on Gene Wolfe and Carla Speed McNeil? *g*)
I'm glad to hear my level recs were actually of some use to someone; I didn't really expect anybody here to check them out. My own levels should actually already be available again here:
Jumping in the Rain (http://www.allabouthmpf.com/Hmpf MacSlow - Jumping in the Rain.knytt.bin) Falling Water Part 1 (http://www.allabouthmpf.com/Hmpf MacSlow - Falling Water part 1.v1.2.knytt.bin) - FW part 1 is only the small, first part of what's shaping up to be a seriously large environmental. Part 1 is around 100 screens, and I'm currently at 270 screens or so, with several hundred more to come. This'll take a while...
The Website will go up again little by little over the next couple of months or so, the fic sections (and the Falling Water preview page, too) being first. I want to check every page manually for potentially malignant code first, though. I've also started uploading most of my fic to AO3, so feel free to check out what's there (it's not that much yet - 5 out of my 16 stories):

Wow, and here I thought I'd built an easy level.
