So, how've you been? My life's a mess as usual and I was just about to write you to inform you that unfortuntely hubby and I have to postpone our trip to Frankfurt because a high priority business has come up for the person we had to meet there. He has to go abroad for a while, so we will probably see him sometime in November, instead. *sighs* Damn, I really thought this was finally the time I could see you in RL, and instead here's me having to change our plans again. I'm really sorry, don't know what to say beside moping for a whole weekend over the lost opportunity. :(

On the brighter side, I've finally booked my weekend in London to see John Simm in Speaking in Tongues at the end of November. It's six long weeks from now, but also the only way I can get organised in time with work and family. Can't wait to see him again! It's been more than a year since I last saw him in person at the BAFTAs, and more than two since I saw him onstage. The play has received good reviews and I hope it won't be too difficult to follow.

Gotta go now. Catching up with a bit of work while the house is still quiet... ;)

Sometime in November should work, too, I think. Just let me know a bit in advance so I can try to shovel free some time. (Frankly, seeing you trumps Greenpeace, unless it's a super-important action. I think I may be busy on the 30th of November with something important like that, but that's probably when you're in London, anyway.)
