Me: Dammit, I broke my alarm clock. That happens at least once a year. Stupid bunk bed.

Roommate, enthusiastically: Your life is so interesting! Something like that would never happen to me!

What I love about stuff like that is that you literally can't make it up. I dread to think what your roommate's life is like if breaking an alarm clock is interesting (although now you make me glad I never went in for a bed that was above floor level).
