Post length limit?

Just wondering... will I be able to post something that's 6500 words long in one post, or will I have to split that up?

Found in dreamwidth's FAQ:

Have the post limit and comment limit been increased?
Yes. The post limit has been increased to 300,000 characters (including spaces) and the comment limit has been increased to 16,000 characters (including spaces).

Should have specified that I mainly meant LJ, really. :D But it's good to know what works on DW, too.

Oh definitely. Shouldn't be a problem on dw or LJ - I only ever got into issues when something went over 10k words, I think.

Good to know - I think being split up wouldn't be good for the flow of the story...
