yes, I do feel that sensation of pressure I described in my previous entry basically all the time, and have been for at least the last five years or so. (It's not a coincidence that that's also the time when I started dropping off the net and being unable to keep in touch with friends.) Sometimes it stops for a few hours, but most of the time it's there like a vise around my chest. Occasionally - frequently - it gets worse, for a little while.

Well it's certainly something to share with your therapist or doctor. Could be anything from sustained panic attack to heart problems to high blood pressure to asthma. Or not. Everybody's different and by that I mean everyone's bodies are different.

(As for me, I'm mostly feel chest pressure right now because I'm still recovering from this fucking whooping cough. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET WHOOPING COUGH. FFS, it's the terrible of the bad! ugh!)

Deinitely something to talk to your therapist about. It's most likely due to your not effective enough way to manage your daily life, but also keep in mind that there might be a physical reason behind those symptoms. For example, we recently had a patient whose blood vessel was touching the oesophagus (birth anomaly), creating the same symptoms you're describing.
