Note that I've also changed two of my other icons, replacing the "angsty face" icon, because I don't really need two angst icons when I can only have a total of six icons here, and I *need* to keep my FS angst icon, because FS really *is* the best show for angst; and also replacing my "happy ending pasteded on" icon. The new icons in my repertoire are my animated "Sam pulls a weird face" icon, and the "alive (not)" icon - both LoM, which means that now three out of my six icons are LoM or John Simm related, versus two for Farscape and one for Highlander. This, I feel, more or less accurately represents the current state of my fannish obsessions. :-)
Have to say that having that neck icon always up there when I post here is a *mite* distracting... *g* In a good way, mind you. I really, really need to get Skellig...

I have a lot of space for new icons on my LJ, but I'm too lazy to upload them. I guess I'll have a go at it sometime. There's a few new Simm icons I'd like to upload, but I never get round to add them because whenever I take a look into my icons folder I get lost in the awesomeness! ;)

What about Wednesday night instead? I'm busy with friends tonight, but can certainly arrange a few things in order to have tomorrow night free. Does 10.30 pm sound good to you? And would you prefer Sykpe or Messenger (the latter I still have to install)?
Software looks like it could become a problem. I don't have either of the programs you mention. Though I *have* been meaning to install Skype. It works as a text messenger, too, doesn't it? Because I don't have a microphone/headset.
I'm currently using Pidgin for instant messaging, which is a multi-messenger I use to connect to my ICQ, AIM, Yahoo and MSN messenger accounts. It's compatible with other services, too, but I haven't made accounts with newer services yet because I don't actually do a lot of chatting anymore...
