Ways in which to change my life.

1.) Work on my writing regularly. Say, an hour every other day - unless uni, which has absolute priority, intervenes.
2.) Read 'non-essential' stuff for uni regularly. Read some of the books I've been meaning to read for years. (McLuhan. Bourdieu. Matt Hills.)
3.) Limit fandom time *severely*. An hour per day, tops? Perhaps only half an hour. (Already been beginning to do this the last couple of days, which is why I'm not so active on
jumping_off at the moment.)
4.) Take a walk/go cycling for at least half an hour, better: an hour, every day, to get a daily dose of sunlight, in order to improve sleep pattern. (Already been doing that for about four days, too.)
5.) Try to rekindle contacts with much-neglected friends, if they will still have me. (That's the most difficult one because it tends to take the most time and effort. Yes, folks, I find connecting with people, even people I like a whole lot, a good deal more difficult than writing - and writing is frelling hard. Yes, I really *am* that socially dysfunctional.)
