Carla Speed McNeil doesn't do info dumps... more like info drip feeding, really. ;-) But that's part of the fun: trying to figure out how that weird world works, in which ways it is like ours and in which ways it differs, and, most of all, what the heck is up with the protagonist, anyway... *g*
Of course, issue 15 is also the beginning of a longer storyline, so it's bound to feel a bit incomplete...
