That describes my feelings on Sunday when I found out just perfectly. (Except for the bit about self-worth. My self-worth is not connected to Farscape. However, the shattering experience is spot-on.)
No big update here. There was a rally in Atlanta today, 45 people turned up, but they didn't get to talk to anyone at CNN nor leave a card for Mr. San Miguel. Oh well, but they'll try again on Tuesday.

Oh, and we had ads in Variety and in the Sydney Daily Telegraph:
Andrew Prowse, director and producer for Farscape, had this to say in reply to our ad in the Sydney Daily Telegraph:
>>Anthony Simcoe rushed into my office this morning waving The Daily Telegraph, "Look at this, look at this!". I looked and saw your ad, maybe a third of a page: "To the Farscape Cast and Crew". I copied it, handed it round to the post-production crew. Some smiled in appreciation, others shook their heads in disbelief, a couple looked a little red around the eyes: all were touched.
We know Farscape is a special show; at its best a great show, and hope the hell other people think the same. We know we have fans out there who love what we do. But I don't think any of us could have imagined the passion; the strength and depth of support we've received over the last ten days. It makes us proud, and it makes us humble.
We haven't given up yet, and neither should you.
We believe in you too.

Also, a writer at IGN is trolling against us, telling us to just give up and accept FS is dead. But I'm not going to post a link here and give him the satisfaction of increasing hits on his site. *g*
Luckily, most of the media are on our side, sort of. This is what Renay San Miguel and his colleagues said yesterday:
Renay: "I would think that advertisers would jump all over that demographic."
Cathy: "I would think so, yeah."
Steve: "Those are eyeballs they really want."
Renay: "Yeah. And if Farscape doesn't come back, come on over to Hotwired and Headline News, we'll take ya."

Tell me about it. It was a painful but very effective sobering-up right after our mini-convention.
Anyway, I wanted to thank you for posting all the addresses and updates (here and through mail). I haven't commented on them, but I want you to know that they are read and definitely appreciated. So keep them coming :-)
