But that's just my chronic lonliness that appears whenever the flat is empty, and you're probably out playing exciting roleplay games or something. Although perhaps that's just me projecting... ;)
I *have* been spending most of today and most of yesterday with friends, so, yeah, no time for vidding.
Did turn my old friend Ebru and Scape Sister AnduraNova onto Life On Mars, though, and rekindled AnduraNova's Doctor Who love. *g* I was really surprised when Ebru fell in love with LoM in a matter of minutes! I explained the premise of the show to her, showed her my vid, and she wanted to see the vid a second time immediately, and then she asked to see the show! And managed to watch two eps of it, displaying signs of delight, despite the Mancunian accents! *is still amazed*
Will get back to either vidding, fanfic writing or beta reading now, though. *g*
Yay! Hooray for friends! All mine have abandoned me! Bastards... (Bitter? Me? NEVER!) Or can't be bothered to drive for an hour to see me. GRR!
I remember Ebru! She's was cool, and completely befuddled by my attempts to speak German. And yay for AnduraNova, another cool person, who obviously has taste re: Doctor Who. Have you watched the new episode yet?
Now that I've discovered it's so cheap, I need to call you again! We should arrange a time.
Speaking of roleplaying (or not roleplaying) we all wanted to keep Anies (sp?) around so she's turned into an NPC (non-player character) so I'll let you know how she's getting on. So far she's been all mysterious and librarianish and put me in touch with a crazy is-it-a-boy-is-it-a-girl changeling with a nutso weather machine. Hope you don't mind our appropriation of her - this way next time I bug you into coming to stay and bug you into joining our game, you have a ready made character!
