I think...
Jun. 14th, 2005 12:17 am... I finished Frankenstein's Story yesterday. AKA the story that wouldn't end, AKA the monster I had to rip apart and stitch back together several times, AKA 'Normal', though possibly to be retitled soon. Started writing it in January 2002, after the Farscape ep 'Terra Firma', and since then I've been struggling to finish it. Really, really struggling.
I'm still not sure I've *won*, but at least it's over.
Well. The usual revising/refining process is still to happen, but the end is written.
I'm so happy I'm done with this that I'd like to continue right away with another story. However, university just kicked into 'What? You want to have a life beside me? How dare you!?' mode and I probably won't get around to doing anything fandom-related (except for the necessary Worldcon stuff) in the next four weeks.

(Yes, September is three months away, but it's 35,*000* words!)
