Well, the fundamental difference between us in this respect...

seems to be that I *don't* lose interest in the things I've begun. I just hit these strange mental blocks. But I continue to want to finish them, which makes being blocked all the more annoying.

I don't know what's more frustrating, your problem or mine. *g*

Ay caramba! You have folders for every single fic...*feels vaguely disorganised now*

As I said the other night, I slowed down at some point and so am finding it frustrating from my POV. So I have no room to talk. Um. yeah. *goes away now*

Folders explanation

I tend to have various version of each fic, and files that just consist of disorganised notes for a fic, and so on. Hence the need for a folder for each fic. Otherwise there'd be like three hundred files in my writing folder, and I'd never be able to find what I'm looking for. *g*

I have many versions, too - although I only recently started dating them - e.g. lostfic_v1_x-day-y-month-z-year (cuz I'm anal, I think). BUT! What I do have, and have always had is folders according to fandom (so one for Lost, one for LoM, one for Farscape, etc). Except for the crossovers - they get their own folder, and I get confused...Heh.

But I still feel vaguely disorganised compared to you. And I'm not just saying that.
