Odds and ends
- Maintal-Ost train station has the weirdest graffiti. Stencilled on the ground: "I DO DREAM YOU". Sprayed on the wall: "ASK". (All in English.) As far as I am concerned, those beat the 'GLÜCK' ('happiness/luck') that used to be stencilled on a wall next to the house where I used to live a few years ago, and the "42" sprayed on a wall near my parents' place.
- I've rediscovered my motivation and am finally studying for uni as I should. As a result, my 'felt stress' level (that's like 'felt temperature') has lowered a lot. I even sleep a bit better.
- Where does science fiction feel most at home? The future? Wrong. Science fiction feels most at home in a kind of eternal imaginary 1930s. My opinion may be coloured by my having watched 'Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow' just yesterday, though.
- Edward James Olmos as Commander Adama is the bee's knees. (Wheee! Weird British expression! BTW, would you say there's a 'right' way to spell 'wheee'? I just spelled it with just two 'ee', and it looked wrong.)
- John Crichton, err, Ben Browder will be a regular in season 9 of Stargate. An attempt to bring back Farscape by sneakily transforming Stargate? Hey, a girl can dream, right? *g*

One more reason:
What do you think... is FS going to take over Stargate? ;-)
Now all they need is David Kemper on the writing staff and it could actually turn into a decent show. So far, it's mostly only succeeded in putting me to sleep...
