At least a much earlier date!

Throughout the last couple of days, I more than once wished I were able to come up with something sense-making and actually helpful to say to you.

While we never interacted all that much, I truly sympathize. Take care!

Early May - much better. Is this diagnosis important for getting (what we in the States would call) disability benefits or something?

I do wish I had something helpful to impart, but I so don't. I think this is one of those stages in life we sometimes have to suffer through, and there is nothing really "uplifting" about that crap. :(

*hugs*

Oh, I'm glad to hear that. Do you have an appointment with a clinic, or did you choose an independent psychiatrist, by the way?

Independent. Somewhere near Munich.

I tried Freiburg (the hospital), but they said it would take till the end of the year at least.

A good choice, I think. Freiburg is one of the most well-known centres, but it takes ages to get an appointment there. Also, with independents who have good reviews, in my impression, you are actually more likely to get an impartial view and thorough assessment. With hospitals, it very much depends on whom you encounter at your first appointment.
