That is, in fact, what makes this so frustrating. I want to write so badly, and parts of my mind are always chugging away on some fic scenario or other, but it takes time and energy to sit down and actually make progress on an actual fic.
I was recently afraid of dying (I'm a hypochondriac), and one of the strongest emotions (aside from fear) was, "but my fic is still unfinished!!!"
