If I ever get around to sorting out the kitchen (and I'd like to; it's driving me crazy not being able to use either of the sewing machines), I'd be on the table opposite from the window (I could put it on the counter by the window, but then I'd need a high chair to sit on, and there'd be no legroom. Blah blah blah, poor me).

Bet you've got a nice view out of there, huh? Also do you need to be near a window because of fumes when you're working (I know little about gold/silver smithing, but I know there is occasionally some nasty stuff involved).
