Mark Z. Danielewski: House of Leaves (creepy)
Reading them in parallel because a) I want to make Anathem last longer and b) House of Leaves on its own would creep me out too badly.

Regarding the flat:
- Washing machine broken again
- Hot water access decidedly spotty
