You bet! So far I've seen 24 Hour Party People, Blue/Orange, Boston Kickout (why the heck is it named that??? I mean, I know that's what the boys called their 'game' of random vandalism, but *why*??), Sex Traffic, Miranda, and The Devil's Whore (which really needs to become a hilarious fanvid to the Monty Python song 'Oliver Cromwell. Really.) So, ten evenings of Simm. Since I've of course also already seen Life on Mars and the Lakes, this actually leaves me with not that much stuff left! *cries* (Well, not so much stuff that figures him prominently, anyway - and not much that is not ancient, and thus features baby!Simm. And I have to admit, *some* things just look a bit too dire to watch. Chiller, for instance. I suppose I may watch that some day when I'm utterly desperate. *g* I was also a bit taken aback by the image and sound quality in Crime and Punishment - that felt like a late 1990s attempt at digitalising a video tape. A bit like my very earliest digital versions of Highlander eps. I didn't know files that bad were *around* anymore! *boggles* I tried to find a better version but mininova couldn't help me. I suppose I may have to buy the DVD (though I prefer to buy movies after 'test watching' them, because me iz poor student. ;-))
Anyway. Rambling.
>I'm totally made of fail concerning the writing of my LoM fic, damnit
Arrgh! Hey, I need a fandom fix! ;-) (I would settle for random replies to e-mail, though, in a pinch.)
>I haven't even finished my simple 'Armed Bastards Exchange' assignment
What was that exchange assignment about? Maybe I can help? Actually, I'm not sure when I'll be able to go online next, because I'm not working tomorrow, but I'm sure there'll be *some* opportunity, sometime before Christmas. Speaking of which: I originally meant to send you the Phideaux albums for Christmas, but I just noticed that even if I sent them today, they'd probably already be late. :-(
(You may have noticed that I'm actually online 'too early' today: this is because I've just come back from the doctor, and am now passing the remaining hour and a half until I have to go to work at my place, so I'm on my own computer for a change.)
